Nice getaway hotel and easy access to bus and social life

I have been a loyal customer of your hotel. A recent unpleasant experience at your hotel has shaken my belief in your ability to provide top notch customer care all the time. The receptionist a girl (date 04-10-23 time around 5 pm )very rude to talk to customer I am completely disappointed with her behavior not acceptable.she even refused to give me a card to enter my room . The boy who were behind her he respect the customer and taken me to the room I will thank that boy. Totally I was disappointed.because I have experienced way better service at a cheaper rate throughout my stay in Arusha .
