experience was so-so. service was just above average, but the failings of this place were in its infrastructure. the elevator shut down twice, the key card didn't work throughout my stay there, and the design of the bathroom... abysmal. good for a short-term stay, not recommended for longer periods. at least it's worth its price, and it's close to two halfway decent restaurants and a couple of event centres.

The hotel is just beautiful. Their service is 1/10. People couldn't access their rooms with the key cards. Someone had to come open our door every time we wanted to enter the room. They have serious maintenance issues.
