Very clean and spacious apartment that is only let down by it's location on a very busy road and owing to the location, a slightly shabby external appearance. Don't let the outside put you off though because these apartments are way better than others I have stayed in around Dublin City centre for the same price level. Also big thanks to the very helpful and welcoming apartment manager and her adorable very full of beans son.

My review is in line with the other reviewers. Great apartments with respect to location, cleanliness and amenities. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 star reviews is: 1. There was drilling noise in the apartment above on one of the mornings from 8am onwards for over 1.5 hrs. This woke up our kids from their sleep and it was very disturbing to be in the apartment with this loud drilling sounds. 2. There was no hot water in the apartment on the last evening of our stay. This meant that my kids and us had to take a cold water showers the morning of our departure. This was very unpleasant. When I contacted them with the issues after our stay, all they did was apologize for the inconvenience and offered nothing in return for the level of service that they were unable to live up to. Seems like they need to be educated a bit on what good customer service should be.

Stayed here with 6 friends at the weekend. We booked an apartment with a balcony but didn't receive it. When I arrived, I was left standing outside for 15 minutes after ringing the bell to let me in. The guy who greeted me was rude and said that we needed to pay a €500 deposit which wasn't made clear as we thought bit would be €300. Due to Covid restrictions, we came back to the apartment to have drinks after having a meal out as you can't stay in a restaurant/bar for more than 105 minutes. We got a call to say that we received a 'noise complaint' which is hard to believe as music was kept low and it was only the 7 of us there. Other apartments were blaring music so how can they be sure it was our apartment? They have refused to give us back our €500 deposit due to this alleged 'noise complaint' and have accused us of having a party when no such thing happened. There's no rule against having a few drinks in your own apartment and we were respectful guests who left the apartment clean and tidy. A 'noise complaint' shouldn't warrant a fee of €500. From looking at other reviews, I can see that this is a regular occurrence and is aimed at young guests to scam them out of their deposits. Don't stay here unless you're ok with them robbing €500 from you, it's a money making scheme.
