From entertainment to relaxation, all done here. You can relax well in the hotel. Everything is close to u. Restaurants of ur choice, even room service. Catch movies. Groove at shooters and news Cafe.
TV doesn't work,safe in room does not work,room lacks maintenance and staff does not value customers,put up a service the room sign at 08:00 left returned to the room at 11:00 the room still was not cleaned called housekeeping they did not care...TV was not working waited 2 hours for someone to come sort it out,this place is a dump...
We booked a room and discovered the aircon was set at a high temperature and the control wasn't working. Reported it when we arrived, they promised to fix it. Hours later we reported it again. Someone came to the room and told us they would send a maintenance worker. At 2am the maintenance person still hadn't arrived. The following morning, we again requested that the aircon be repaired. Again, nothing happened. Eventually, after an awful night's sleep, we had to be moved to another room
