Lobby and bars well updated but the rooms are very old and tired. Same with the AC/heater
Don’t try to phone the front desk. Call the room service number and it’s been disconnected. Call the “need assistance “ number and you get told to download an app. Which is useless.
Total waste of money, the area smells, the hotel smells, the rooms are outdated, mould in bathrooms. Not sure why it's the most expensive hotel in Secunda.
