Peermont Walmont at Mmabatho Palms

The only nice thing of this hotel is the room. Nothing else to be honest, restaurant seems to have a nice selection of food, but is clearly subpar and the so called MooBar is not operating. There's also no entertainment whatsoever for guests besides the casino. The website makes promises of fitness centres, tennis courts etc etc but nothing. One also needs to make use of the casino entrance and aren't allowed to use the hotels dedicated entrance. This facility needs serious attention to detail.

Not 4* at all!!! Dining services are excruciatingly slow for both dinner and breakfast. By the time we were served our dinner, it was cold and and some of the items we had ordered only arrived after we had finished eating. Breakfast took 40 mins to arrive and we were the only table being served. There was no jam for the toast, something I have never heard of in any hotel. The staff need training on customer service. Everything is extremely slow. Bedroom: my bathroom basin tap was stained with foam marks which I had to clean myself. There were nails behind the bedside table, which you cannot miss when you plug in any device. It does not look like the room has been properly cleaned in a while.

we went on a grade 7 farewell and the food was so cold and bad also we planned on swimming and the teachers already informed them that we were also going to swim then they decided to not clean the pool even though we told them were coming like the week before. We literally had our swimsuits ready and all that for them just to tell us we’re not swimming and also we wasted our money on swimsuits for nothing.
