Pegasus Apart Hotel

I had booked a 2 bed apart for 2 nights. We arrived early for checkin & was pleasantly surprised We were updated to an Exec apartment. The check in process was simple & quick. The apartment was quite large for the 4 of us & very clean. The pool is huge for a city indoor pool. Everything about our stay was great & the staff were pleasant & and efficient. We broke a cup & asked house keeping to vacuum up, however it house keeping had gone for the day. Not a problem a supervisor & another member inspected the issue. The staff member came back a thoroughly cleaned the floor. He even refused to accept a Tip, very unusual for these days. Our only complaint, we thought the restaurant was Italian but it had changed hands to Japanese. My wife & I really enjoyed the Japanese dinner but our grandsons didn't appreciate the food. Buffet breakfast was served at the restaurant, which consisted of Western & Japanese dishes - Excellent Can thoroughly recommend the Pegasus to stay

Thanks for a great stay - would recommend, we will return. We stayed for 4 nights with the family in a 2 bedroom apartment. After reading recent poor reviews, I was considering cancelling our booking and going elsewhere. However I was glad we stayed. We arrived late but there is 24 hour reception. The lobby was inviting and the staff were friendly and quick. The room is clean and comfortable. The room was serviced daily which was great. The shower was amazing and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have floor to ceiling windows for the city views. Plus a smart TV for the short times we were in the apartment. We enjoyed buffet breakfast every day. This was a great location for a visit to Melbourne! The only downside was there was limited space in the bathroom to put your toiletries.

Stayed for 3 nights with my family in a 2 bedroom apartment with breakfast. The room had a bit of an unpleasant smell on arrival so hopefully that will be addressed for future residents. The television was easily connected to many steaming options which was great. Beds were on the softer side but useable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, I recommend requesting your eggs to be cooked fresh which is much better than the scrambled eggs. Service was friendly which was good. The elevator was a bit annoying as you had to use specific ones for higher levels which always seemed to take awhile. Kids were given activity pack on arrival which was nice. Location was pretty good with a 5 minute walk to train and tram stops. Recommend parlance coffee for your coffee which is really close to the hotel. Overall was decent place which met our needs for the trip.
