Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa Langkawi

My stay at Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa was an absolute delight. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, offering breathtaking views of the beach. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which truly enhanced our vacation. The hotel's aesthetic is stunning and creates a perfect, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for a Langkawi getaway!

Overall the resort is a great place to stay. My family enjoyed it very much. It is strategically located on Cenang beach where all the activities are. The staff are very friendly. I believe the resort was recently renovated with a nice blend of modern and local design. The main pool area has a separate kids pool and slides which is nice. The only comment i have is that the room floor surface can be a bit slippery.

The resort itself is perfect amazing ambiance, beautiful location, and stunning decoration. But what completely ruined my vacation was the service the worst I have ever experienced. I stayed for 6 days, giving them a genuine chance to improve each day, but nothing changed. The most upsetting incident was when I got stung by a wasp, which left my face swollen and red. I went to the reception asking for a cold towel. At first, they refused. Then my friend went to ask, and they said it was “out of stock.” At that point, we got angry and even offered to pay for it, explaining that this was an emergency. And they brought us one cold towel and told us to return it as soon as we were done. I completely lost my patience I was in a medical emergency, and all they cared about was a wet towel. I had been staying in the hotel for days do they even realize how much we paid? They were extremely rude, never apologized, and made no effort to improve their service. I do not recommend this resort at all not even once
