This was the most relaxing holiday we have had, the room was very spacious and immaculate, only downfall for me was the bed and pillows (i like soft) but can't please everybody, it was also a great bonus to have kettle, fridge, iron and ironing board etc. All staff were lovely and worked above and beyond ❤️. The breakfast was a great mixture and lovely. My only disappointment was, we were in room 13 and you had no privacy on the balcony as this was the way down to the pool, other than that a perfect holiday I did not want to leave.
Clean room, great service, helpful and super nice staff. The place has a swimming pool very clean. The only thing was to take a hot shower, you need to wait for a couple of minutes for the water to get hot in case someone else went before you. The room has all the necessary amenities for cooking and feeling at home. There are also supermarket nearby. The area is safe and there is a walking distance to the beach.
We were in room 119 with a side view of the pool area on self catering basis. The kitchen was supplied with basic good quality utensils but a definite shortage of electrical sockets, by the side of the sink there was a toaster, kettle and a coffee machine but only 1 socket!! Ample supply of very hot water from a large heater was fantastic. Air conditioning was very efficient and quiet if controlled properly. TV was disappointing CNN and BBC News, the bed was massive and although firm it was comfortable. Daily cleaning was very basic - bed - bathroom- bins and floor swept, the large balcony was never cleaned in the 11 days we were there and the bird droppings stayed on the balcony rail throughout. Strangely there were no placemats available and no coffee table to use while sitting on the settee. The bathroom units need replacing because the basin water had penetrated the frame and it was unsightly, there was a jacuzzi bath and efficient shower and the towels were of good quality. The bar/snacks area was ever so quiet with hardly anyone else using it but the food and prices were very reasonably priced. Pool area- like so many other hotel pools there were not enough sun beds (40) and parasols (14) and again the inconsiderate users reserved theirs by putting towels on them and not using them until after lunchtime even though signs dissuaded this practice it was never adhered to. That’s enough for now but a special mention for the reception staff especially Kate who was adorable and very polite.
