Worth every penny. From the moment I arrived, the level of service, attention, and atmosphere was next-level. The staff was warm and professional without ever being overbearing. Every corner of the resort felt like it belonged in a magazine — clean, elegant, and perfectly maintained. The room was spacious with stunning views, premium linens, and little details that made it feel special. The pool, spa, and dining experiences were all top-tier — it’s clear they take pride in offering a five-star experience.
Absolutely loved my stay at this resort. I stayed for two nights and everything about the experience was exceptional. The property is incredibly beautiful, with serene surroundings that instantly make you feel at peace. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until the time I checked out. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing environment. It’s definitely worth the cost, especially if you’re looking for a place to unwind and recharge. This resort offers the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. I would absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
The buildings, infrastructure, rooms etc are definitely 5 star. The rest however is definitely not. We had 4 rooms for 5 nights in July for a family reunion with families coming from 3 countries. We had planned on spending a significant amount of time at all the resort restaurants for ease of our large group. However we were advised after checking in that the main restaurant Andrea was closed for renovations- even though weeks earlier when we booked there was absolutely nothing on the website. Staff said ‘oh yes there’s a lot of confusion about Andrea being closed’ from guests. What?!? We dined at the golf course and were automatically charged the large group surcharge which is completely fine. However, I was up serving the wine within the first hour of being seated as our server was nowhere to be found, actually unbelievable. The room with the kids didn’t have any beds made for the kids on arrival, and then we were told only one single would be provided (for 2 children?!) as that was fire code. But the room was booked and confirmed for 2 adults and 2 children? The coffee maker exploded in one room sending the mug and liquid all over the floor - no problem - but housekeeping didn’t show up for hours to remove/replace. Purchased $70 worth of breakfast from the cafe and the 2 fruit cups had mouldy fruit right on top when opened so I was advised to ‘take from the back as they were the ones from this morning’. How had staff not checked this? Some things happen which are completely understandable - a lot of things not even mentioned here due to length - but for $1000 a night the value for money is just not there. Johnny at the pool was exceptional - thank you!
