Pena Park Hotel

We stopped nearby to charge our electric car at a Tesla supercharger. While the car was charging, we decided to walk to a nearby cafe. The road there went through the hotel parking lot. It is an open area, without any fences, we were with a dog and 2 small children. We were attacked by 2 huge dogs, they live at the hotel, at the entrance. They were without harnesses and without collars. They bit our dog very badly, scared the children, we barely escaped from them back to the car. They barked loudly and attacked. The dogs are really very big, without a leash. I chased them away, they calmly returned to the hotel territory and lay down there under the bushes. Anyone who goes there to charge and will be with a dog, do not let it out of the car. I was advised to contact the police so that they will inform the catching service. Our dog was badly hurt, she had to have surgery. This is outrageous. Not to mention that we were with children, they were just in shock. None of the hotel administration came out, tied up the dogs, or reacted in any way. It’s obvious that they live at the hotel.

2 big dogs are attacking guests, they seem to be owned by the hôtel, no Leash running after cars and people while barking. For tesla users DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG OUTSIDE OF THE CAR. The dogs are very agressive and the hotel doesn’t care.

Came to the hotel to charge the car and to have a drink, was almost attacked by two big dogs unleashed just on the path to the hotel. Was asked the reception and it is the dogs of the hotel. We have also a dog so we are not normally scared of dogs but this time the dogs came really close to us barking and running towards us, very not friendly. What was the most surprising is the fact that is was pretty normal for the receptionist and of course nothing was done.
