⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Experience at The Pendry Chicago — We Didn’t Want to Leave! Our stay at The Pendry Chicago was nothing short of exceptional — so much so that we extended it by two extra nights just to soak up more of the magic! From the moment we arrived to the bittersweet goodbye, every interaction was warm, personal, and genuinely memorable. A huge thank you to Muriel, who made our check-in process seamless and stress-free. She was incredibly professional, kind, and kept us perfectly informed from the very start. Muriel, along with the lovely Nina, even surprised us with a thoughtful gift in our room — a special touch that made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. Another all-star was Chris at the door, who rolled out the red carpet not just for us, but for our dog, Mr. Biscuits! Her friendly smile, treats, and even a toy for our pup made our arrival feel extra special. The Pendry is incredibly dog-friendly, and it's clear they take as much care of their four-legged guests as their two-legged ones. We also want to shout out Pam, our amazing server, who remembered our orders from previous nights and treated us like regulars. That kind of attention to detail and genuine care made each dining experience feel like coming home. The hotel itself is stunning—modern, stylish, and comfortably luxurious, nestled in one of Chicago’s most iconic buildings. Every corner of the Pendry is thoughtfully designed and the service is truly top-tier. We already can’t wait to return—whether back to the Chicago location or to explore other Pendry properties, we’re officially hooked. My first experience at Pendry Hotels in Chicago was amazing! I visited for my birthday and Allison at the front desk upgraded us for free and sent chocolates to the room as a surprise! Everyone was so sweet and so kind. Joni and Jovanni provided such great room service and got to know them over our stay. The corner room was beautiful and the bathroom was the best part!

We wanted to give it more stars but for some issues it really lowered our score. We love the restaurant. The service is mostly great and friendly, but it is extremely loud and difficult to sleep. This from the noise outside. Rooms are nice. Housekeeping not as thorough as other premium hotels we have stayed. They also charge $35 per day for use of guitars, the health club, and I think scooters. None that we ever took part in. So after spending nearly $5,000 for our stay it felt a bit slick to charge for something we never used. There are a lot of positives. But we won’t stay here again.
