I had the best experience staying here with my friend for her graduation trip. Every single staff member was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous and extremely well maintained and clean. The hotel lobby bar and room service are both amazing as well. Location is great - so many walkable restaurants and activities nearby. The staff even kept our luggage for almost an entire day after our check out time due to our flight being later that night. Highly appreciate the kindness!! Will stay here again and highly recommend.

Excellent rooms, food, and service. Pool and hot tub are lovely, fitness center is well equipped (though predictably a bit crowded at 8:30am). Very walkable area. Sunday pool party was a great time also.

What a terrible experience!!! My friends and I went to the pool for a birthday and spent hundreds of dollars. The website says the pool closes at sunset which it 8 pm. At 6 pm the server comes and does last call, she did not mention that we will be kicked out in 5 minutes, so we each ordered 2 drinks. Right when we got our drinks security tells us we have 5 minutes to leave. Literally 1 minute later he comes back and argues with us that it had been 5 minutes. There were guests staying on their patio behind us and agreed it had been 1 minute later not 5. He was sooooooo rude and extremely aggressive. When I asked his name he said a boss. This place was extremely toxic, unprofessional, and inappropriate. Save yourself from being completely disrespected and skip this dump.
