Peninsula All Suite Hotel by Dream Resorts

This was my 2nd experience at the Peninsula. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Rooms are beautifully laid out. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Also in close proximity to the local stores to top-up with snacks and drinks. Will recommend

Great location and views, if you are on the top floors & sea facing. The hotel staff is very friendly. Shuttle services are also convenient and efficient to use. A lot can be done to improve the hotels carpets. Apart from that, its a great place for the whole family.

The only notable advantage of this hotel is its location and the view—provided you have a high-floor room with an ocean view. It is a none luxurious hotel at all !! The hotel's main advantage is its location and the ocean view, but only if you're staying on a higher floor. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated, with old furniture that emits a musty odor, and the hallways also smell STRONGLY unpleasant. Service was below expectations—housekeeping did not routinely refill coffee and tea supplies, and we had to request them almost every night. Room service was slow and unreliable, with requests either significantly delayed or not fulfilled at all. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Day 2: Another day without soap (no refills) and no shampo bar (yes bar, so you might need to bring your regular shampoo) The sink water was yellowish so differently not drinkable and no complimentary bottled water provided in the rooms!
