It was like love at first sight. Everything was great, location superb, rooms cleaned and refreshments every day, restaurant personnel very friendly, fresh food ( I eat majority fish and yes food was lovely ). Management and receptionist reliable, friendly and professional. I am sure we will be back there. Good luck in the future with your business. With respect, Vasile Baleanu room 215.
I went there for a 3 day vacation with frienda and familly.I would describe the whole experience as "Meh". I did find some positives, and I will start with them.Everything was clean and the rooms are big and decent, although you don't have a balcony and can only half open a window, wich makes it difficult to fresehen the air inside.Although it has AC, it is from the stoneages.A massive portable machine that was extremely loud, so you either had problems sleeping because of the heat or because of the noise, your choice. The shower doesn't have a door so you get water everywhere and the floor is extremly slippery, I almost fell twice. The pool is the main atraction, it's really big and the water was allways very clean, they have big and small slides wich are fun for everyone. In this regard I only have one complaint, wich is that in days that are slower, there isn't always an employee who makes sure of who goes when on the slides, and that is very very dangerous, as one of my friends nearly hit a little girl coming down one slide. And now let's move on to the big problems. The service...oh my God, awfull, absolutely awfull.Very understaffed, and most employees are young, inexperienced and not very welcoming.Every restaurant/bar order took forever, although we made sure to be there before rush hour. The restaurant menu, although varried, lacked a lot of items most of the times. The prices seem decent untill you see the size of the portions, so you had to order more in order to fill up.Ice was a luxury item there. There was never enough to go around. All and all, I would not return there and I think that it is too pricey for what it offers.
