Peninsula Resort & Spa All Inclusive

We had a great few days here with family. Such a beautiful location surrounded by amazing views. All inclusive food was great, a good variety that changed daily. The included "cocktails" were not good, really rough so we just stuck to the beer and wine which were good. Staff were great, very helpful and our room was very clean and comfortable. Overall a great value resort.

Great location, the room was a bit old but we had a great view on the beach. Calm, the bar upstairs gives you access to an incredible view of the sunset and the sunrise is incredible. Plus, the restaurant is great, with everyday new food available. Totally recommend!

We spent a lovely vacation at the Peninsula Resort & Spa in Crete. The resort itself is beautiful, with well-kept grounds and a relaxing atmosphere. The food was truly excellent – delicious, varied, and always fresh. We also appreciated the three beach access points, although it was a bit disappointing that you have to pay for sunbeds at all of them. The poolside sunbeds, however, are free, and we enjoyed spending time there. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the private pool connected to our room – it made our experience extra special. On the downside, we had a big issue with small mosquitoes in our room. They were everywhere, even crawling on our faces while we were sleeping. After complaining to the reception three times, they finally sprayed the bathroom with insecticide. Unfortunately, that left about 100 dead mosquitoes stuck to the tiles and ceiling, which weren’t cleaned up until two days later, despite housekeeping coming in between. All in all, we had a very nice stay, but we hope the hotel improves pest control and room cleaning in the future.
