Wow what a fantastic hotel, i have been to some highly rated hotels but this is the best so far. This hotel has it all! The hotel has new fresh rooms, great ambience and great facilities, the staff are all professional and friendly, the breakfast has a great range for all tastes. The location is minutes away from the mosque and close to all the shops and new restaurants. Truly a great place that you must add to your hotel list.
We stayed here for 7 nights, the room we were given was extremely tiny for a family of 4, took two days for them to move us to another room which turned out to be the same size !! Appalling service especially from the female supervisor who was just rude and and pulled faces and walked away !! Never staying here again! Also the breakfast was very poor too. The egg station needs an upgrade with better cooling facilities as the queues to get an egg moved very slow and is always long!!
1. Avoid this hotel! This hotel is new but very very incomplete. My room's boiler was leaking, repaired many times, eventually have to call for inspection, who confirmed the problem. Boiler was in the ceiling of the bathroom and leak was very bad, could not pray !, Our bathrooms kept flooding with delayed help or assistance from the hotel team. 2. The rooms are incomplete; Service was good but plumbers/ cleaners were so busy! 3. The breakfast was very very so poor, prices too high especially in Ramadan, cheap to buy from outside. I started to eat from outside. 4. The only good thing about this hotel was the location, but not worth living with that much disturbance. 5. Guest relation officer is very good with good English communication but when to help/ support she may not have the power to do so or things are very delayed. 6. Only thing they want all the money in front and good luck with your stay. 7. Their marketing is very good but believe me not worth staying! 8. We were even given a fruit plate whilst we were out so that was a nice gesture, but I think it was for everyone, just to feel good.
