Delightful room , we also had a private roof terrace with garden views. Well established gardens and woodlands to explore with wonderful views. The 7 course taster menu is highly recommended, absolutely delicious. Very friendly, efficient staff. Wel worth a visit , one of the nicest hotels I've had to pleasure to stay at.
Stayed for one night on 26 July. Had drinks in the bar and the tasting dinner menu with wine flight then breakfast the following morning. The genuine welcome, superb service, excellent room and shower, tasteful and high specification decor, great food and drinks, stunning grounds and the value for money mean I will certainly be back either with friends again or my wife. Cannot fault it, absolutely outstanding. As the Michelin guide says: worth a detour!
Fantastic meal at Penn Hall. The lounge bar has been wonderfully done up, with views across the garden and hills in the distance. The food was superb. It has always been good, but has definitely gone up a level. We hope to be back!
