Pensiunea JOJO Imperial Resort&Spa

We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed the hotel and its location. It wasn’t right next to the popular bathing spots, which actually made it more peaceful and relaxing — a big plus in our opinion. The room was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The only downside for us was the food. Breakfast and dinner were included, so we tried both. Breakfast had fewer options than we expected, especially compared to other European hotels we’ve stayed at. As for dinner, it was only really enjoyable one out of the three nights. There was an overreliance on deep-fried dishes, which wasn’t to our taste. To end off on a good note, they had t salt pool, two sauna’s and one steam room. Relaxing 😊

Iťs a good choise for escape few days of you routine, the rooms it's fine but needing something more service and calidad. The food it's more than very good, with very well presentations and flavours; I think if they'll change/open the diner time the clients can enjoy and find more satisfaction and they'll have more service room.

One star because we made reservations 5 days in advance and when we arrived at the location after a 300 km drive they told us there are no reservations. After a short investigation it turned up they had an error in the booking system which deleted all bookings that were made that day. Our reservation still remained on paper but was not re-booked in the system after the error. They just booked others on the space freed up by the error giving no considerations to previous engagements. Since there were no free rooms in their other location, we had to drive back home. The attitude from the receptionist and her boss was: sorry we can’t do anything more. We’re sorry! Ha! We’re sorry too that we thought this 5 star place comes with the professionalism associated with that rating.
