Rooms are good, quite clean. Though they dont offer bottles of water on first day. There is no lending of items such as travel adapter for period of stay. Location is good. Rooms are cleaned daily, our room was serviced by Ms Mei, who is fantastic, quick in and out and kept the place tidy and neat. Front desk team is helpful. Will recommend to come back again.

The hotel isn’t very hard to find. If you come in the summer, like me, the hotel’s lobby will be your saving grace because there’s AC blasting in your face (also the lobby smells really good for some reason). I got a three-bed room. Room came with slippers and tea. The room has a minimalist and modern feel to it. The restroom is really nice and feels clean. The restroom has shampoo and body wash mounted on the shower wall. There’s also a hair dryer and two soap bars. The hotel gave me an extra toilet paper. The hotel is implementing an environmentally-friendly policy and so they didn’t provide shower caps and other plastic resources. One thing I wished they provided was a bath robe, even though there’s only a shower lol. Oh, and surprisingly there’s no recycling bin but there’s two trash cans. The room also has a kettle and a fridge but not a microwave.

They only clean where u can see in the room. The air con vent, some corners around the bathroom door, the rail for hanging clothes, etc are full of dust. There is mould around the bathroom door. I don't think they clean the above spots at all since opening. The duvet is heavy and feel cheap. The room temp is high even adjusted it to 18C. Only good thing is the large bed. Do not recommend.
