Pentahotel Leipzig

Wonderful experience overall! The room was perfect but a fridge would have been nice. Giant bed. Sweet bathroom! The pool was broken and ice cold on on our stay but got fixed. The staff, though seemingly a bit overworked are super lovely! Diet requests for the food were accommodated. The breakfast buffet was above expectation. The steak was easily the best in town and I only wish I had gone for it before trying it it other places. Everything is within walking distance. I didn't miss anything in the gym. This hotel for sure helped make our Leipzig stay fantastic and memorable! I have to mention the trainee chef whose steak game is on point and can do a medium rare better than some long time seasoned professionals in town whose main food is steak! 10/10

Great hotel, I loved my stay. Restaurant serves very good food and the bar makes fantastic cocktails. Very friendly staff. I would definitely come back.

Very disappointing! Bad policy, focusing on more profit without caring about the situation and their guests. The strike of airport staff at German airports on 10.03. forced the cancellation of tickets and therefore the cancellation of the first night. However, the hotel charged the full price of the night, only without breakfast. When I arrived the next morning on 11.03. the hotel asked me for an additional 40 Euros for early check-in????, even though I had to pay for the room from 10.03. I had to wait until 14.00 to check into a room that I had paid for and reserved the day before. Only after my protests and additional conversations with a manager was I given a key to the room without any additional payment. During my three-day stay, they never cleaned the room, they didn't even throw the trash out of the bins. I tried to use the hotel pool, but the drains on the floor smelled so bad that it was unpleasant to stay in the area.
