Pentahotel Moscow Arbat

First: The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. Second: I would like to thank all the staff — they were kind and always smiling, which added a positive atmosphere to my stay. Third: The room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Fourth: I changed my room simply because I wanted more space, and the process was smooth and quick. I stayed at Penta Hotel from July 21st to July 28th, and I truly appreciate the quality of service provided during my stay. Thank you, Penta Hotel team, for this wonderful experience.

The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of New Arbat, an area filled with halal restaurants and a shopping mall, making it very convenient for travelers. The hotel is clean and offers regular housekeeping services. The rooms face the main street but have excellent sound insulation, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. It's also close to currency exchange offices, a supermarket, and many coffee shops. While the staff were somewhat cold and not very welcoming, the cleanliness and location make up for it to a large extent.

A completely average hotel... There's nothing to add beyond that. Good breakfast with a variety of products. Clumsy hotel with elevators - located in a building with offices and another apartment hotel... I don't know if I'll go back there. It should be noted that this is my point of view.
