pentahotel Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

Everything is perfect. I have had my fair share of French hotels where everything sucked (even the five star luxurious hotels) but this a very very good hotel! I wouldn’t say if it wasn’t the case. Rooms perfect, beds perfect, quiet (even tho it’s next to the airport). Good food, very good kitchen, service 10/10 very fast. Extremely humble hardworking hotel employees. Best part, hotel has a unlimited free filtered water machine in the lobby. Can recommend.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport for an early flight and read great reviews. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again next time we are flying out of CDG Airport. We also loved how close it was to walk into the small village and grab a great final dinner at a local restaurant although other guests had also mentioned that the restaurant right in the hotel was also really enjoyable.

Firstly, I want to say that the staff, especially in the restaurant, showed a lack of respect towards customers. They didn’t listen to what we were saying and only insisted on what they believed to be correct. Regarding room service, they claimed that rooms would be cleaned every two days, but according to my own experience—and what I heard from other guests, including a friend who stayed with me—our rooms were not cleaned for 4–5 days. Even when they finally made the bed, they didn’t refill basic items like shampoo and conditioner. In general, the staff seemed very lazy. When I asked for help, they said they would assist but either forgot completely or came much later than needed. This behavior felt very disrespectful and made the stay quite uncomfortable. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to others. I honestly don’t understand how it has a rating of 4.1
