Hosting our wedding at Casa Velas in April 2025 was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We bought out the entire hotel for our wedding week, and from the moment we arrived, every single guest was treated like royalty. The level of service, warmth, and attention to detail we received from the Casa Velas team was nothing short of exceptional. Andrea and Elisa were the driving forces behind making all of our events happen flawlessly—from the rehearsal dinner at Tau Beach Club’s private room to the welcome party around the main pool, and from the ceremony in the botanical garden to the and the stunning cocktail hour and beachside reception in front of Tau. They were incredibly organized, kind, and always one step ahead, ensuring everything ran smoothly while keeping the energy calm and joyful. On the accommodations side, Miguel and Sofia were absolute rockstars. With 100+ guests staying on-site, they managed every room with precision and grace. From personalized check-ins to room requests and countless moving pieces, they made every guest feel important and cared for. Armando and Edie provided seamless transportation for our guests throughout their entire stay. No matter the time, they were consistently prompt and responsive the moment we reached out for assistance. The property itself is stunning—beautiful flowers, serene pools, and a beach club with breathtaking sunset views. The food and drinks were amazing with top quality liquors poured, the staff was consistently attentive and warm, and the entire hotel felt like a private oasis just for us. There were many wait staff that helped us throughout our entire stay some including, Jesus (Casa Velas), Fredy (Bar) and Enrique (Tau) and many many more. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting. Our guests have told us again and again that this was the best wedding they’ve ever attended, and so much of that is thanks to Casa Velas and their incredible team. If you’re considering a destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta—this is the place. Truly unforgettable.

Great! I'm an RCI member. Our rooms were beautiful! The location, amenities, all inclusive, were all very easily managed. Theme nights, unfortunately, weren't made available to me at check-in. It's mostly casual. I brought fancy clothing that was too fancy. Casual sundresses seemed more appropriate for dining. Great food. 24 hour room service.... fantastic. About a 30 minute wait time. Shuttle to the sister locations superb. One negative was that tipping was expected, even though all inclusive. Kind of felt obligated....

My friends and I all loved Casa Velas! Perfect for a nice, peaceful getaway. All the staff, including restaurant staff, are so friendly and excellent! Wish the pool would stay open a bit longer, but a great stay nonetheless!
