Very clean and quiet
Rooms are in good condition
The location of the accommodation is excellent. The receptionist lady was very friendly. There was ample parking available. Overall, I am very dissatisfied because I booked a room (this is clearly visible in the booking reservations) that had a small kitchen. However, I was given a room, specifically room number 2, which did not have a kitchen. Before my arrival, I specifically bought food items that needed refrigeration because I thought (as it was written) that there would be a fridge, but there wasn’t, so I ended up throwing away the perishable food. The carpet would benefit from a very thorough wet cleaning. The mattress also has a deep indentation in the middle, making it extremely uncomfortable. I did not mention these issues at the reception because I had a very long journey behind me and just wanted to rest as soon as possible. Also, unfortunately, the lady only spoke Slovak and no other language.
