My parents came to visit and adored the cocktail waitress at the pool, Emily. She was extremely attentive/friendly and the great service really made their trip. The room and live band at the terrace lounge were great too. Location is okay but it’s closer to midtown which is a nicer area compared to downtown.

I love this place, my sister lives not far away from here by the lake so it’s very convenient. That’s just the start, we enjoy the gaming experience and food is great. Can you tell we are fan’s, haven’t got a card yet but I will next visit. Thank you for setting the bar high, we all are better off! Can’t wait to get back 💯

Loved the room it was spacious and big beds stayed in the Tuscany tower 2 king size beds and a view of the pool and mountain! Restaurants are good employees were friendly and very nice the staff that cleaned our room were professional and very nice. Overall better than grand Sierra for sure! 💯
