From the moment I walked in the door, staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. It is such a convenient location, close to Marvel Stadium, just around the corner to Southern Cross Train Station and Spencer Street Outlet. The room was lovely, for where it is in the city there was very little noise and the pod coffee machine was a very welcome addition in the morning. The buffet breakfast was superb. Highly recommend.
Staff were incredible, especially when I needed some super fast room service (after leaving my toothbrush at home). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The only negative was the noise when trying to sleep. Definitely a loud hotel, either people or air con or other in the ceilings. I imagine this was from being an older hotel but who knows.
Location was good for my mom and I. Had to call to get house keeping to service the room even though I had left the servicing tag on the door. Didn’t bother after that as they didn’t even clean. Was asked 3 seperate times if I had paid for breakfast when I had. I didn’t find anyone professional apart from Scarlett who did go out of her way to accommodate us. Ultimately it wasn’t good and reflected the price paid.
