Peppers Gallery Hotel Canberra

We wanted to extend our thanks for a truly enjoyable and seamless stay during our recent visit. As pet owners, it was such a relief to find a hotel that not only allows pets but genuinely caters to their needs. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that pets are welcome—not just tolerated. The room was clean, stylish, and well-appointed, with thoughtful pet-friendly touches that made all the difference.

The checkin experience was very pleasant, the front desk staff is nice and tried to make conversation which makes you feel welcomed even though I was worn out from the drive to continue the chat. I had parking pre-booked and the process was straightforward and the instructions provided were clear. The rooms were fantastic for the price, there are worn out furnishings which did not bother me at all although the coffee capsules on the table were stained and the lounge chair was dirty. The sound proofing in the room is decent, loud outside noise can still be heard occasionally such as door slams from the neighbouring rooms. Overall, the stay has been good and I would be coming back to Peppers Gallery again.

The place overall is satisfactory. However, in the room my family booked, there was only a shower, (not complaining), no microwave, no cutlery, no toaster, no bowls/plates and very scratched bed frames. This was a bit of a surprise to us, but I think the atmosphere in general made it a bit more likeable. It's near many attractions as swell as a convenience store just down the road. Beds are comfy despite the headboards and shower is nice.
