Peppers Marysville

Overall, cannot complain with our stay there. It was clean. Our rooms had milk and a small kettle for us to use if we wanted to make tea or coffee. Plenty of parking space at the back - even has an EV charge point for those who drive Teslas or other EVs. Reception was very friendly and accommodating. I'd stay here again if we ever decided to come back to Marysville.

Had a great stay at Peppers. Rooms were clean, the sauna was a treat, and access to Lake Mountain was super easy. Izzy at reception was really helpful and made everything feel smooth and comfortable. Would definitely come back.

I had confirmed my arrival time between 10–11am, but upon arrival I was informed that the rooms were not ready due to a staff shortage. I returned at 3pm to check in, only to be told once again that the rooms were still not available. I had to wait until 4:30pm to finally check in. Additionally, the receptionist assured me that no reservation was needed for the restaurant. However, when I arrived with my child, we were told the restaurant was fully booked — very frustrating and poorly managed. The room itself was quite underwhelming. There was no drinking water provided, no milk for coffee, no cutlery or plates, and not even a microwave to warm up a simple snack. The breakfast was especially disappointing — the eggs were soggy and tasteless, and the pancakes were extremely dry. We paid $48 for a meal we couldn’t even enjoy. It felt like a rip-off. The only good thing I can say is the location. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
