Rooms & bathrooms were very clean & supplied well, there was also a power adapter for all types of charging ports. There wasn't much noise actually and the decorations were very nice. but to be very honest, i wish i could give more stars for the service for the whole team (especially Baran & Fatih) they were all beyond amazing kind and very attentive and informative. i wish i could give them more stars and i wish i could get a membership for this hotel because of the staff.
This was by far the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s located right next to several nightclubs that blast music until 2:00 AM, and the walls and windows do nothing to block out the sound. Sleep was nearly impossible. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. Our bathroom drain was clogged and overflowed with every shower, creating a mess. Despite reporting the issue on day one, it was never resolved during our 3 night stay. The rooms are very small, the beds are uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Housekeeping was superficial at best, and the service fell below expectations. The only positives were the complimentary breakfast, which was quite good, and the hotel’s proximity to major attractions. However, the lack of sleep and poor maintenance made this a very unpleasant stay. We’re cutting our stay short and checking out first thing in the morning.
While the staff were friendly and professional, their inattentiveness to basic requirements significantly affected our stay. We had booked three rooms and arrived over an hour after the official check-in time, yet no key cards were available. Shockingly, we spent the next 24 hours without any, relying on reception staff to escort us each time we needed to enter our rooms, use the elevator, or access the sixth-floor restaurant—which, despite being the only facility on that floor, still required a key for entry. We ended up calling the front desk more than 20 times just to move between our rooms and around the hotel. Additionally, sound isolation was virtually nonexistent. Street noise was clearly audible from inside the rooms, and given the hotel’s location in a lively area surrounded by restaurants, clubs, and constant traffic, it made rest nearly impossible. For the experience provided, the price point is unjustifiably high. Best thing was the view, make sure to book Bosphorus view.
