Pera Rose Hotel & SPA Special Class

THIS HOTEL IS 5/5 Location is perfect near to everything souks and important place like the galata tower and the istiklal street and there is a lot of restaurent near also . Rooms and Service (Rooms are always clean when we ask for cleaning 5/5 the ladies are nice and verry Clean (cleaners) about the service also 10/10 Verry Yummy Breakfast different choices at the morning to eat and they are yummy . And the receptionists are very Friendly specially the Girl (Just big thanks) love this place 100/100 from lebanon 🇱🇧 to 🇹🇷

We stayed 6 nights in Pera Rose hotel during the last week in May 2025. The hotel shouldn’t be hosting any more guests before carrying out a full renovation and update. The location is great but extremely noisy. The breakfast was disgusting ans very disappointing. We had many concerns as below: 1. the room condition was not up to a minimum standard to be used by holiday makers. 2. The shower was leaking, disgusting and very mouldy. 3. The shower walls were very filthy. 4. The shower tap was loose and almost broken. 5. The toilet flush was almost broken. 6. A room with 3 beds was allocated for 4 people. After raising the issue the 4th bed was provided but it was a mobile bed and not comfortable. 7. The room was not provided with enough wardrobe storage for 4 people. We had to keep our clothing in the suitcase. 8. The fridge was not working properly and not cooling drinks. 9. The AC was not working properly. 10. No safe box in the room. 11. There was a big hole in the double bed headboard with all the electrical cables exposed. After complaining and raising all the above concerns, they moved us to another room which was not a lot better. I wouldn’t go back again to this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Please, please take my comment seriously, I am a customer like you. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was disappointing. - The shower smelled bad, -For allergy sufferers, be careful, the whole room is dusty, especially the room carpet. - In addition, the wifi connection was very bad. - the breakfast options were very limited Breakfast full of olives, cheese, jam and tomatoes as if we were in a pasture.. -The room was very small, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The only positive point is the location, which is convenient for visiting the city. But overall, I would not recommend this hotel. -There is no professionalism in everything young children working in it without experience and without any professionalism. -There are two elevators, only one works. There are no amenities here..
