The staff at Pera Tulip the best ever from the reception area, restuarant staff including the cleaners especially Fatima is the best! I wish we could take her with us home! The shower needs a glass door to prevent the toilet getting wet & we need an extra wardrobe for clothing that is all! Otherwise the best location & the most friendliest & helpful staff!
The only good part about this hotel was location. It was near to galata tower and walkable distance to old city market. The rooms were so small and weird that the moment you open the door, it give you feeling that u entered on washroom. And then so small rooms that you won't get space to keep your open bags. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.
Small rooms , small restaurant you could wait for half an hour to get a table . Poor breakfast . Small reception .. if two persons in a room they insist to give you one room card only . House keeping giving you also one towel to share .. avoid first floor I guess they have a kindergarten there… a lot of noise . The only good issue about it is location
