Perdana Kota Bharu

Stayed at Perdana Hotel in Kota Bharu, Kelantan and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, respectful, and super helpful… really top-notch service. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. I loved the breakfast, especially their traditional dishes. Everything was delicious and nicely presented. One time I accidentally went swimming past the allowed time, and the staff politely let me know. They handled it so professionally. Honestly, their customer service is excellent!

A big thanks to Mr Aniq, Mr Zolnadzmie, Miss Atikah and the rest for your kindness and helpfulness. They help me a lot. Bellboy and security guard also very kind. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, helpful front-desk, the room well-maintained and immaculate, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel located near the attraction place so easy for you to get around from the hotel. We had a remarkable experience and highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, and would like to provide detailed feedback on my experience: Upon arrival, I discovered that the queen-size bed I specifically reserved was substituted with twin single beds. Unfortunately, the receptionist did not communicate this change during check-in. The room furnishings were noticeably outdated and quite basic, which was particularly disappointing considering the hotel's advertised five-star standard. The television in the room was not functional, significantly impacting overall convenience and enjoyment. The air conditioning unit was inadequate, as the room remained uncomfortably warm despite being set to the lowest possible temperature. The condition of the bathroom posed serious concerns. It required standing in a slippery bathtub to shower, creating a substantial risk for accidents. The shower curtain was ineffective, resulting in water spilling onto the bathroom floor and further increasing the slip hazard. Additionally, the toilet bowl was unstable, wobbling uncomfortably when in use, and overall cleanliness was noticeably poor. The main lighting control panel located near the bed was damaged and entirely non-operational. A lack of sufficient and functional power outlets near the bed made charging mobile devices inconvenient. I had to disconnect the bedside lamp to access a usable power point. In summary, my stay fell considerably short of expectations for a hotel rated five stars, and immediate attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and guest communication is necessary.
