The apartment is perfectly located at the beach and in the very center of Port d'Alcudia. It has everything you need and the pool&beach view from the balcony is just perfect. Small kitchen has cutlery and cooking equipment for four, both rooms have separate AC units, bathroom is nice and bead is firm and good. The private pool is cleaned every day and is very nice. There is direct beach access from the pool area to the beach. Pool has depth from 90cm to 160cm and is large enough. Staff was amazing! Very helpful and polite. Sand Beach Apartments offers great value for your money and has everything a family or group of adults could hope for. Not your huge all inclusive hotel but a small and cozy perfectly situated apartment hotel with amazing location and views.

A nice hotel on the beach, next to amusements, but in a quiet place. I liked everything! I made some photo-answers to my questions before the trip, because I did not find them in the reviews. I hope it will help you. I will write a couple of nuances, for someone it can be minuses (I could live with it): - a great view, but there is no privacy on the balcony - the smell from the restaurant below in the evenings - the cleaning was 2 times during my stay + 1 time the towels were changed. I still did not understand what their schedule was. Perhaps they don’t come to clean later, if you hung up the “Do not disturb”-sign in the morning - a hard mattress - a bit weak air conditioners - a shower temperature springs (very hot every 30 sec.) - water pressure in the toilet is low - mosquitoes ++: - a stunning view from the balcony to sea - the kitchen is 100% suitable for cooking - a good working refrigerator with a freezer - sets for a bath and for the kitchen - air conditioner in every room - clean, good smell - a friendly staff I can highly recommend!

After the arrival the card from our room was in opened box, everyone passing by the street could take it. Room service entered the room without knocking while I was in my bed. Apartment should be renovated, dishes was dirty, flor was damaged and overall look was a bit worn out. But the worst case was during check out. While giving back room cards I have asked several times at the desk if everything was paid, receptionist said that all is paid so I left the hotel. After 2 hours hotel wrote to me on whatsapp that I have not paid and that they will report me to the police. I told that I make bank transfer but from other number somebody wrote to me demanding and threatening. This is unacceptable behavior. After I have made paiment I did not even heard apologies. Moreover hotel reported some other paiment to booking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND ITS SERVICE.
