Absolutely loved my stay at the Distinction New Plymouth Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay great. The room was functional and clean, even if it was a bit outdated - but that didn't detract from my overall experience. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring New Plymouth. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
Walked in and got such a warm welcome. So nice after a long day. When entering the building on another occasion, same stay I got the same welcome from a different receptionist. Great training obviously at this place. Extremely comfy rooms and brilliant location inner city. I am going back to New Plymouth soon and on check out I cancelled my booking at the other hotel I booked and placed my next booking there on check out. Well done Distinction Hotel
Comfortable room but woken up at 4.30am because of the early morning heavy traffic. Friendly staff. Restaurant closed for maintenance but only told this when booking in. However, next door there was a fantastic cafe called Oasis for breakfast. Heaps of restaurants nearby for evening meals. I would stay again but insist on a quiet room away from the main road.
