My husband and I have just completed our inaugural week-long honeymoon at Perisher Valley Hotel, and it has been an unparalleled experience. The accommodations were exceptional, boasting a king-size bed that was supremely comfortable and warm. To the entire staff and management, we extend our sincerest gratitude for creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, making our honeymoon truly unforgettable. The restaurant staff and chef are commended for their outstanding service, providing a truly divine culinary experience. Notably, we have never encountered such prompt, friendly, and professional service. We eagerly anticipate returning with our entire family next year.
We have stayed at PVH a few times, most recently for 4 nights in July. The location is unbeatable, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Thanks especially to Alan for the transport with my injured knee - the most gentle ‘lady lifter’ to get me in and out of the over snow! The gluten free menu was fantastic, and thanks Josh and the team for making the trip great for the whole family.
Stayed in a King Room with a balcony overlooking the toboggan hill — clean, super comfy bed, great amenities. Staff were exceptional, especially Josh who helped us with our bags and was incredibly kind the whole stay. Breakfast buffet (worth the extra cost) had heaps of options. Jacuzzi and sauna were private and relaxing, plus a warm ski drying room and games room with a microwave to save money on meals. Best location in Perisher — closest hotel to the slopes. We took the SkiTube from Bullocks Flat which was way more convenient and cheaper than parking. Only small downsides were the snow machine noise at night (which sounded like rain) and high parking fees if you do drive up. Still a 10/10 experience — highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
