Perolas Villas Resort

Big resort with a small resort feel. All rooms are part of Villas, there is now tower structure. All features are well maintained and beautiful. The location has a nice beach, but it is a very isolated area of the coastline. The city area is small and only has basic services. If you looking for a quiet place to enjoy family and friend get away it is perfect! We enjoyed the Tet Holiday there.

We had our wedding here and it was fantastic. The staff was very nice and helpful. The beach is beautiful and close to the pool. The food was also very nice. Downside is that the place could use a lick of paint. It's a bit run down. All in all, it was a nice experience.

I wanted to give 3 stars/5 but then decided to add 1 extra-star for the staff in general and for Tuấn the receptionist in particular. They are very efficient and overly dedicated. The resort itself is pretty worn out and badly maintained. Yellow stains are all over the white walls. The bathtub looks like it hasn’t been cleen for forever. I’m also not convinced with the open air bathroom concept, along with the small safari nearby. I found cockroaches in the shower which is very off-putting. Flies and mosquitos are present all year-long. Not to mention the wifi being very weak and unstable. I can’t connect to wifi in the master bedroom and the living room, but in the children’s room. We went there on low-season so there was no buffet breakfast, but à-la-carte breakfast with no maximum order (you order everything you want from menu, it is not restricted to one dish/person). The cooking is acceptable and the portions are generous. I’m not one who usually gives out low rating but in overall this is a pretty disappointing experience, yet not surprising. Having taken into consideration the bad reviews, luckily we only booked for one night.
