Perre Delta Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at Perre Delta in Alanya! The food was really good, with plenty to enjoy at every meal. The pool area was clean and spacious, and having direct access to the beach made it even better. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the entertainment team kept things fun without being overwhelming. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a carefree and enjoyable holiday!

In my opinion, this hotel doesn’t deserve even a single star. Apart from the outside appearance, nothing else was acceptable. The conditions were so bad that the Turkish police had to intervene so we could change our rooms due to mold. After changing rooms, my family and I, including my younger brother, had to wait standing because the new room hadn’t been cleaned yet. Even though the room was slightly better, the conditions inside were still very poor. The restaurant had plenty of food, but nothing related to seafood, and every day it was the same boring food. The chairs in the dining area were uncomfortable and felt like you were sinking into them. The ice cream was only available once a day at 1:30 PM, and even that wasn’t served consistently. I was with my family, and everything would shut down by midnight. There were no snacks like chips, nuts, or anything to accompany the alcoholic drinks — not even ice. The snack bar had a limited schedule, even though it was supposed to be open 24 hours a day. The pizzas were also only available at specific times, and there were extremely long queues for every meal, including pizza, ice cream, and the snack bar. They even turned off the drink machines, and everything seemed limited, despite us paying for Ultra All Inclusive. There was no internet in the rooms, only at the reception area. My family and I are very disappointed. For the amount we paid, it was not worth it at all, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days when we came to this hotel the employ at the counter was really unfriendly. They asked us where we from and when we told him he didn’t want to check us in he told his college to check us in after that they just trew the hotel card on the table. When we went to our room it was uncleaned everything was dirty you can see it in the picture ill add. We asked for a diffrend room at the counter and he didn’t want to give us one, we had to ask 2/3 times of we can talk to the manger and he told us that he was not there. We asked him to call the manger and out of no where he walked inside. We showed the manger the picture of the room and he gave us a new one. You don’t have a lot of choice for food in this hotel it was everyday the same and it was really small. Most of the food was also cold and uncooked. Also the room where we stayed in didn’t get cleand well we had to ask everyday for new towels to use when we get out of the shower. They also don’t mentain there pool good if you have kids make sure you buy the poolswinng shoes cause the pool is full of stones. They also don’t offer a lot of activities like most hotels/resorts in turkey and the hookah was like 20€ what is really expensif like the most hotel offer for 10€ Also people from diffrent hotels got into this hotel without booking a room. Used the swimming pool/ eating place with a diffrend blaclet so the securty is also not good I always go on a holyday in turkey and i always stay at hotels/ resorts i never had a bad expirence like this one make sure to read the review of the hotels before booking.
