Not a bad hotel considering all things but it's gotten a bit old.
Pros: - Great location, walk distance to Hafez tomb - spacy rooms - helpful staff Cons: - Poor & old facility, bathroom ventilation - Poor breakfast variation, no pancakes, no croissant and no coffee. For a 5 star international hotel you expect to see a proper coffee machine with real coffee beans Still way to go to be a real 5 star international hotel
If you are expecting to stay at a real five-star hotel, do NOT try this one. The service is awful, the staff act like they are doing you a favor, and the rooms are dirty with cockroaches inside. This is a typical two-star hotel with three fake stars attached. Expensive for nothing — just useless money thrown away. In total, TRASH!
