Perth Ascot Central Apartment Hotel

I've had the pleasure of staying here twice in two weeks. The rooms are clean, quiet & spacious. The service is fabulous. A special mention for Flavia, the receptionist who went above & beyond to help me. Both times I've stayed it's been last minute and she was more than happy to accommodate my requests. She also remembered me with my second booking. That was lovely. Thanks again. Highly recommend staying here.

I was quite drawn to this hotel after seeing the Google map photos. It looked beautiful, and I was excited to finally book a room at what I thought was a fair price. It’s also a special occasion for me, as it was my birthday. Last year, we stayed at another apartment for my birthday and were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, even though the price was quite similar. This time, however, the experience didn’t quite live up to my expectations. Maybe I was expecting too much, or perhaps it was because I booked a budget-friendly room. The receptionist was not friendly. I don’t mean it’s terrible, but not I like.

Absolutely terrible service. My husband is a regular guest and arrived tonight after a long day of travel, tired and hungry. At check in he was told that the hotel had lost his booking and the hotel was fully booked. He was offered a room with a broken air conditioner, so no heating in the middle of winter. The manager was completely unsympathetic and refused to offer a discount on the room rate.
