Very nice four stars hotel, spacious lounge, friendly receptionists and restaurant staff. Room is nicely decorated, with thoughtful toiletries. I like the soft water that make you feel comfortable after shower. The only fault I could asked to improve, is if they can provide kettle and cups in the room.
This hotel is really good, the room was clean, the bathroom is big, however the mattress was hard and the pillow too soft and low. The swimming pool is amazing (don’t miss the opportunity to go there), but you need to pay €5,00 per person to go there, book a Tinseltown and the usage of swimming cap is mandatory (I also advise to use swimming glasses), the swimming pool is around 25 meters long and has a whirlpool/jacuzzi area. The hotel also has a gym (which I didn’t use) and a spa (which was closed due covid restrictions). The breakfast is also really good if a lot of options.
The bathrooms were disgusting. The worst of all was the treatment of the person in charge, her name is Laura at the frontdesk; she has zero skills in de-escalating situations. It was totally the opposite, it caused a verbal fire of something that could have been resolved in a simple way and at the level of a supposedly "4 star hotel". Her treatment was more unpleasant than the mold that was on the bathroom wall. I have been in several hotels around Europe with my family, we have received first class treatment and highly educated staff. This is the first time that I have seen the person in charge react in such a way when the client demands their rights. It seemed somewhat surreal; in fact, I strongly believe it would be good for the company to put her in training on how to treat the client. Her reaction was totally out of character and her word selection undesirable, low-class and sarcastic. Stating it was our opinion for it to be dirty, but not a fact and she even said "I could say you are disgusting too". On the other hand, it's important to notice that there were two other ladies who attended us very kindly. If managment need any further evidence regarding this matter for what it seems "normal" according to this aforementioned lady I will gladly send the pictures.
