Loved Ikaria and loved our stay here. Very homely apartment, extremely clean, spacious, big balcony. Excellent service from the owner, friendly and accommodating. Less than 10 mins walk from the port terminal.
Absolutely loved Ikaria and staying in this little hotel that felt like home. The service was very good and the hotel felt like an apartment with everything you need and more. Breakfast served daily was delicious! View of the sea from your terrace is also beautiful. About a 10 minute walk into town for food and shops. Would recommend staying at this hotel.
The hotel is in a good location for walking to Agios Kirykos but know that there are hills. There are several units in the building but the unit we got was not what we saw in the pictures. Our room had a half bath downstairs with a sofa bed in the living room, and the full bath was upstairs with a tub shower. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, making it very dangerous, and getting in and out of the tub was also precarious. While we appreciate our breakfast, we could not contact the proprietor on a couple of occasions to advise breakfast was not needed.
