Pestana Blue Alvor Beach All Inclusive Hotel

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Family Getaway! We stayed a week at Pestana Blue Alvor with our two kids and had an amazing time. The hotel is clean, modern, and very family-friendly. Staff were welcoming, food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the kids loved the pools and kids’ club. Great location near the beach and Alvor town. Highly recommend for a relaxing family holiday!

Pestana Blue Alvor – Family-Friendly Resort with a Few Drawbacks We recently stayed at Pestana Blue Alvor and overall had a good experience, especially traveling with kids. The hotel is extremely family-friendly, with loads of activities to keep children entertained all day. The pool area is fantastic, and the property is within walking distance of the beach, which was a big plus. Rooms are air-conditioned and comfortable, though some areas, like our bathroom, felt a bit dated and could use an update. Food was generally fine—nothing remarkable, but in line with what you’d expect from an all-inclusive. However, the coffee was pretty terrible. If you care about your morning coffee, you might want to venture out or bring your own. One of the most frustrating aspects was the elevator situation. During peak times, you could easily wait up to 10 minutes to get in one, even though there are four lifts—most were constantly full. On the positive side, free parking and charging ports for electric vehicles were very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids and want an easy, activity-packed resort near the beach, this is a solid option, but be prepared for some small inconveniences. I've included food + drink in service hence 3 stars.

Great location, room was spacious and spotless. Great view of the beach. Pool and football court were a big hit with our son. Service at the bar could be quite slow at peak times and the food was quite repetitive but we always found something we liked.
