I liked the hotel, very good location. There are hospitals, shops and restaurants nearby.
Beyond disappointed with this place, it was a total SCAM. Visiting from the US, personnel wasn’t knowledgeable or friendly. Was told there was a special promo but then got kicked after one day thinking I had paid for two nights. Terrible food, so so breakfast. Felt discriminated against. It leaves a really bad impression. Joel guy manager was really rude and dismissive. Do not stay in this place EVER.
I wrote an e-mail 3 days ago and I didn’t get any answer. I called, no answer. DM’ed on Instagram, no answer. Looks beautiful and everything but the attention is awful. The hotel deserves just one star.
