Beautiful resort with friendly, attentive staff.. The local food was amazing but Nil ( cocktail guy ) just couldn't do enough for you. Its beach is one of the prettiest and cleanest, if not the best we have visited.

Poor attitude from hotel reception staff when complaints were made as they immediately jumped in defense of the staff and offered explanations which they wouldn't know at that point was the reason for the failures. Problems: - staff knocking on doors and entering rooms without any valid reason at children's nap time and 21:45 hour - dust accumulating under beds and behind furniture - daily room cleaning was poor as the floor was always sandy suggesting they just mopped but didn't vaccuum the floor - gym is very poorly equipped with no dumbells - although this was an 'all inclusive' hotel the sunbeds on the beach were charged extra at 10 euros for 2 beds per day - staff appeared demotivated and overworked. I've got serious concerns for some staff I noticed working very long hours in very hot weather. Possibly underpaid too. - the snack bar was not frequently restocked and staff nowhere to be seen to ask for certain foods for kids The good things: - rooms were spacious - elegant design - baby service area with a sterilizer, biscuits, milk and fruit puree was very handy sometimes - children's entertainment staff were very friendly - hotel manager was very kind and apologetic when I mentioned all of my dissatisfaction - some staff (not the majority) were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful when we asked for things that should have been available at the buffet - gardens and plants well kept and looked beautiful - location was great: beach right next to the hotel, close to the airport and town only 10 minutes maximum away by car - when the food was well cooked and fresh it was very tasty and with good variety of options for those without specific requirements

We arrived here for our honeymoon. The hotel is really dirty, the room was not cleaned when we arrived (a common problem between all guests) with dirt, hairs and stains all over the place. The food is microwaved and of poor quality. Surely it isn’t a 5 stars hotel, 1-2 would be better. We had a 3 days stay booked, we left the day after. Really not acceptable
