Pestana CR7 Times Square

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay thanks to the incredible staff! I had such a great experience at this hotel — mainly thanks to Verjan, Lily, and Victor! They were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help fix the mess my travel agent made with my booking. They handled everything smoothly and made me feel completely taken care of. I also had a few extra requests during my stay, and they made sure every single one was handled quickly and perfectly. You can really tell they care about guests and love what they do. Big thanks to all three of them — they truly made my trip stress-free and super enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service and kind people!

As soon as we walked in I was happy we chose Pestana CR7 Times Square! I could tell instantly that they take pride in their hotel. Everything is well done....the cleanliness, friendly greeting at the front desk, decor, and thoughtfulness in their hospitality. A Nespresso coffee maker in the room was enjoyable! For earlier risers, they offer bagels and fruit. If you sleep in, you'll miss out though. The room was very nice with creative ways to store luggage/clothes along with hooks and drawers under the beds. They also provide you with a safe in the room. It was very clean and stylish. The location was a plus also! I highly recommend staying here!

This hotel served it's purpose well. Staff was super nice, the room was very clean and the price was reasonable for NYC. I am a woman travelling alone and I felt very comfortable with the location, the hotel security and the hotel itself. I needed something reasonably priced for just one night and didn't want to spend the money for a nicer hotel. It's walkable from Penn station, the A/C/E subway and broadway shows. It was also a hot weekend and the AC worked great. For all of that, it deserves 4+ stars. The room was not large, but actually bigger and nicer than I was expecting. The previous weekend I stayed at a hotel with super tiny rooms. If I wasn't watching costs, I would stay somewhere else, but I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel and would stay here again with no hesitation.
