Pestana Curitiba

Rooms are spacious and very comfortable . Staff is super friendly and always available to help. Location is perfect with shopping malls, cafés and restaurants at a walking distance in a safe neighborhood (although in Brazil always be cautious). Breakfast is outstanding with all the local delicious foods. I stayed at Pestana for a week and would certainly come back.

The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of Curitiba’s city center. There are plenty of nearby options, including restaurants, cafés, and shopping malls. The staff is very kind and polite, especially those working in the breakfast room. We were warmly welcomed and taken care of, particularly by Rodi, who provided outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Curitiba. UPDATE: Please Mr Araujo, kindly review your comments here. It seems that they are target to other’s review than ours. We clearly commended the hotel and the staff, so there’s no concern in our review.

Highlights: - awesome service at the breakfast by Gustavo, very nice guy making great tapioca - location is great, everything near by (mall, bars, restaurants…) - lovely staff at the front desk Areas to improve: - horrible sleeping quality, uncomfortable bed, pillow and blanket (falls apart) - room service did not change towels, had to use wet towels again - air conditioning not working properly, so we could not heat the room Could not sleep more than 5 hours, would definitely not book it again.
