Pestana Palace Lisboa Hotel & National Monument The Leading Hotels of the World

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night as newlyweds. We received an upgrade to a garden view room and late check out. The staff is very friendly, kind and polite, especially the doorman. But there were very few employees for such a large number of guests. We waited an hour for our things to be brought to the room, but did not wait and went ourselves, the same thing happened when was checking out. The water in the pool does not heat up, this is normal, you just need to be prepared for it. But during the day, near the pool, they once treated us to Berlin donuts:) The hotel is really like a palace, very beautiful interior. The room has a robe and slippers. Varied and delicious breakfast.

I had arranged a 3-night stay at Pestana Palace to propose to my girlfriend, and we experienced this special moment during a dinner at the Renaissance Room on one of those nights. We would like to sincerely thank Sofia, who supported us wonderfully from the very beginning of the process. Thanks to her, we had a truly meaningful evening. We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to Luiz, who served us that night. He made us feel completely at home. A big thank you as well to Rita, the Guest Service Agent, who took great care of us throughout our stay. She was incredibly supportive in every way. The rooms were truly clean and historic, and the enchanting architecture of the hotel will absolutely captivate you. Located right in the heart of the city, staying in such an extraordinary place was an absolute delight. We are deeply grateful to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality and for making this an unforgettable memory for us.

Amazing and beautiful palace. We had a wonderful time staying here while we explored Lisbon. It was so nice that we almost wanted to stay at the hotel all day. It was the perfect place to start and end our days. A wonderful breakfast buffet with attentive staff who would prepare you an omelette or make you waffles if you wanted something else. Then cocktails in the beautiful and elegant lounges. Or relaxing by the pool with a glass of wine. We loved it.
