Pestana Park Avenue

It was my boyfriend’s and I first time staying in a hotel in New York and I’m so glad we chose this hotel. The rooms were clean and the service provided was exceptional. We were greeted every time we left and returned, and housekeeping kept our room feeling fresh and organized. They also offer complimentary bagels and croissants in the morning as well as a starbucks coffee machine all day. My favorite part was the water machine they had, allowing us to refill our water bottle everyday. The location was also great, around a 5-7 minute walk to grand central station. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel more!

We booked a room for a week for our trip in NYC. Honestly, it was the best decision ever. The staff were so friendly and the room was clean and cozy. We didn’t mind that it was on the smaller side, because it was so well optimized. We had space for our clothes in the drawer under the bed and our luggage fit perfectly under the designed space, also under the bed. We also didn’t spend much time in the room, so it was ok for us. The hotel is in the best location, not far from anything you’d want to visit. We loved our stay, and we’d definitely come back.

We stayed here for a few nights before our cruise and it was fantastic. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the AC was great! The location was perfect to see plenty of sights and Grand Central Terminal was about 5 minutes away. Lastly the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I must give a special shoutout to Amanda who checked us out, she was just so nice and helpful!
