A Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Service from Vera, Daniela, and Rosario! From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming, the facilities are top-notch, and the level of service we received made us feel truly valued. But what really made our stay stand out were the incredible staff members—especially Vera, Daniela, and Rosario. Vera and Daniela from the front desk were simply outstanding. Warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, they greeted us with genuine smiles and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Throughout our stay, they were always ready to help with anything we needed—offering great local recommendations, arranging transport, and even anticipating little things that made our stay more comfortable. They have a wonderful energy that makes guests feel like more than just customers. And then there's Rosario from the kitchen staff—what a gem! Every morning, the breakfast was not only delicious but clearly prepared with care. Rosario was always cheerful and kind, checking in to see if we needed anything, and even remembering our preferences after just a couple of days. Her attention to detail and warm presence made every meal feel like it was being served at home, with love. We’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but it’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality. The facilities are beautiful, but it’s the people like Vera, Daniela, and Rosario who make this place truly exceptional. We’ll absolutely be back and will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay.
The hotel was impeccably clean. We had a small and quiet room which was perfect for our four night stay. The location could not be better and its position meant it was in the heart of the city but quiet too. The breakfast was excellent - a buffet of traditional cooked foods, fresh fruit, salads, cheeses and Spanish meats to accompany a delicious range of freshly baked breads. The hotel staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. the hotel is very easy to access from the airport via the bus at the bottom of the main shopping street - the stop is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. All in all, a great place to stay.
You’re really paying for the location with this hotel. The hotel itself is a little dated and could use a refresh. The rooms are very basic but were clean and satisfactory. We had a quad room which comprised of 4 single beds. The bathroom was a decent size but the water goes everywhere when in use. We needed extra towels just to keep the floor dry. My big negative was the air conditioning, which was not powerful at all. We tried to conserved power and turned it off during the day when we were out, but it took literally hours to get back to a decent temperature. The front desk did provide a fan which helped. The TV has a limited number of channels, all of them in Spanish. Not a big deal as we didn’t plan on watching it and were out all day, but would have been nice to have a cartoon for the kids to watch while we got ready. No Netflix or streaming connectivity either. It is also quite noisy and you can hear the street performers on the main strip late at night, and the construction work in the mornings. Again, the big selling point here is the location. It is right in the middle of everything. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short stroll, as were all of the major attractions. I’d come back to this hotel just for the location, but probably wouldn’t return otherwise. On a side note, Fernando, in the breakfast room, was awesome!! He worked so hard to keep the food stocked and clean the tables for the next guests. Really nice guy to talk to as well. He’s a credit to the hotel. Also, DO NOT DRIVE HERE. It is all pedestrianized and you can not park at the hotel itself. There is a garage about 5 mins away. We had a rental car (we drove from Seville) but decided to ditch it back to the airport early and take a taxi once we learned about this. They should do a better job informing guests about this before they arrive.
